Welcome to Casual Older Gamers or CoG for short!


CoG is a relaxed, stress free, and casual PC orientated gaming group for both mature gamers and the older gamers.


As we are older we’ve taken our foot off the pedal and prefer a more sedate lifestyle, albeit with endgame, high level content. We just don’t get super stressed about it. We also understand that real life comes first, so we provide a space where there is no time commitment required, and you are always welcomed back whenever you can. Your seat is always open for you.


From 2005 onwards....

We go all the way back to 2005 when the founders, Ronstertron and Lendosan, start their first clan with the first game being Battlefield 2. With this clan, they laid the foundation for the current clan and its structure.


Member

We know, better than anyone, that gamers play when they can or because they feel like it, not because they have to. So we don't stress about mandatory gaming times, training rotas, and you don't have to be a hardcore gamer to be in CoG. We want what you want; to be-able to join and play games. The less hassle to do that, the better.


Playing video games in a clan can be a fun and social experience. It can help you make new friends and work together towards common goals.  It is important to look for a clan that suits your playing style and interests.

A.K.A. Yuri_Lipizmeov. Ensures the needs of all community members are met, especially when it comes to discord, communications and individual needs.

Scribbs

Ensures the community games are reflective of what the members want. Listens to and/or requests to cater for additional games. Brings them to the attention of other leaders.

ronstertron

Ensures the direction of the clan is met and adhered to. Must direct and assist in implementing and putting in motion the ideas and improvements from fellow leaders.

lendosan

Ensures organisational rules and goals are met, and brings forward any potential suggestions for community improvement from self, other members, and feelings within the clan.

Saturday nigths we dive into WWII on our own Hell Let Loose server. 


Hell Let Loose is a large-scale military first-person shooter game that can be a fun and immersive experience for players who enjoy realistic gameplay and teamwork. The game features a variety of maps, vehicles, and weapons that are historically accurate.

Clan Members Requests

We are always looking for new members who also bring new games to our clan. The motto of our clan is therefore fun and comradeship!


This means that evenings are organised on request to play a different game with the clan.


EventS

Gaming events are a great way to connect with other gamers, share your passion for gaming, and have fun. They provide an opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and build a community around your favorite games. Gaming events can also be a great way to learn new skills, strategies, and techniques from other players. They offer a chance to compete against other players and test your skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
